Mini-Reports:
Larger Reports: Most larger reports, though custom-made for each client, will generally include the following items:
2) Full-text articles summarizing the latest theories and treatments from an alternative/holistic medicine perspective. 3) The latest medical research on your condition from various online databases (in abstract form). 4) The latest medical research on your condition from abstracts specifically written for consumers. 5) Quality information from reputable sources on the Internet. In the event any information from a website is copyrighted, only the URL (web address) will be given with a brief explanation of what information the website provides. 6) Information about support organizations for your condition. 7) For most cancer reports, information on the latest clinical trials for treating your condition.
Internet Only Searches: You can certainly do Internet searches for yourself, but why waste many frustrating hours sifting through thousands of hits retrieved from search engines when most of them are not relevant to your topic? With the enormous volume of medical information that is out there, coupled with the fact that much of this information is of questionable quality, you can begin to see the value in letting Mr. Health Search do your Internet searching for you. We have experience finding useful information from quality websites. Our Internet Only searches will provide you with a list of URLs (web addresses) along with a brief description telling you what information is on each site. We will then deliver this list of URLs to you electronically. Then all you need to do is click on them to get your information! Please be aware that if you are in need of medical information on your specific diagnosis, an Internet Only Search may not be the best project for you. There is also quite a bit of quality medical information to be found in online databases (which are NOT part of the Internet), as well as many books, journals, magazines, and newsletters that we have access to here at Mr. Health Search. An Internet Only Search would not include information found in these other sources. However, if your goal is just to get a good grasp of what's out there on the Internet on your medical condition, then this is the project for you.
Update Reports: Mr. Health Search is also happy to provide update reports consisting of new information that has become available since your original report. Although new research and information is always coming out every day, Mr. Health Search recommends that you wait at least 3 months since the time of your original report to request an update. However, if you require information sooner than 3 months after your original report, please contact us for the latest details.
Advanced Searches: Mr. Health Search is also able to perform more advanced searches on your medical topic. An advanced search would include everything in a large report in addition to searches on some other online databases that aren't generally used for a the regular large reports since their usage costs us more. There is no guarantee that significantly more information will be found. And again, no report regardless of how many databases are searched can ever be guaranteed to be completely comprehensive. However, with an advanced search you will at least know that even more resources have been tapped than are with a regular large project. of the more common non-cancer illnesses and some cancer diagnoses.
Most mini-reports on a non-cancer illness will consist of about 20-35 pages of material on your topic and will
contain information from both conventional and alternative medicine. For
cancer diagnoses, most reports will contain about 35-50 pages of material
from both conventional and alternative medicine. Although no report no matter how big it is can be guaranteed to be completely
comprehensive, mini-reports, due to their limited nature, are definitely not
meant to be all-encompassing. Instead, they are meant to give a broad
overview of the condition examined.
