If you want us to do a project for you, we generally prefer that we speak with you on the telephone. We want to make sure that your report will contain the exact information that you need. We want you to be a happy and satisfied customer, and we can achieve that best by directly talking with you. You can call us toll-free from anywhere in the United States, Canada, or the UK. If, however, you prefer to just contact us by email at this time, this is fine. In your message, be sure to include your name, address (so we know where to send the report), phone number (if you don't mind us calling you to verify what you want us to research for you), the medical condition or topic to be examined (please try to be as specific as possible), and any other relevant information that you think would be helpful for us to know (such as past medical treatments, current medical treatments, the age and sex of the person the report is for, etc). If we have any other questions, we will either call or email you so that we will have all of the information we need to prepare the best report possible for you. Mr. Health Search accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept personal checks, but work on your report will be delayed as we need to wait until your check clears to start on your project. We do not advise that you give your credit card number to us via email at this time since this is not secure. If you wish to pay by credit card, you can provide us your credit card information when we talk to you on the telephone.
